The Old Fort Lowell Live-At-Home program, Inc. was established in 1977 as a not-for-Profit neighborhood-based program. It utilized neighborhood volunteers to provide a variety of services to older adults, diabled individuals, or those with temproary needs who live in our neighborhood. Our goal is to assitst our neighbors by providing a helping hand with daily living tasks.

When Should you Call Us?
When you are discharged from a hospital.
When you are ill.
When it is difficult to keep up your daily routine.
If you have a disability or chronic illness.
When respite is needed for a family member(s).
What does it cost?
All services are free! This program is funded through the generosity of neighborhood residents, grants, awards and fundraising events.
