The Old Fort Lowell Live-at-Home Program (OFLLAH) involves neighbors volunteering to assist neighbors in maintaining their independence, thereby strengthening a sense of community and belonging for all.

Who Are We?
The Old Fort Lowell Live-At-Home Program was established in 1997 as a not-for-profit neighborhood-based organization. It utilizes neighborhood volunteers to provide a variety of free services to older adults, disabled individuals, or those with temporary needs who live in our neighborhood.

Who do we Serve?
Any resident within our service area which is bounded by Swan Rd. on the West, the Rillito River on the North, Pantano Wash to the East, and Grant Road on the South.

What do we Do?

OFLLAH has a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board, both made up of neighborhood residents. The Board meets monthly to conduct business and set policy. A clinical social worker (and neighborhood resident) contracts with the Board to act as Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator meets with clients, coordinates all services between recipients and volunteers and assists in mandatory training and plans quarterly Continuing Education Seminars on relevant topics for volunteers.
